I want to thank everyone that partisipated. Everyone had a good time and wants to do it again.  It has yet been decided if we are going to do it again. But we will let you know if we do decide. Keep checking for updates.
 
UPDATE 8/22/05 We did agree on the pricing but the Saturday set up was a problem. As of now we do not plan on doing it again. But hopefully maybe if we get lucky we will. I will let you know. Please check out my Yard Sale 2005 link.
 
As of right now there will not be a show in April. I am trying to put something together for May. I want to give an explination. Even though for a first show as successful as it was, we lost alot of money. We did get alot of new vendors say that they want to sell at the next show. But I must addmit I am affraid to take another big loss again.  
 
UPDATE (4/21/05) Still waiting for an awnser from the Pavilion. I can't commit to anything till I hear from them. I am looking at doing a outdoor flea market in Johnston City, Herrin, and maybe Murphysboro. Keep checking for more updates-thanks.
 
We are looking for Sponsors, Vendors and Shoppers. We want to create a place for people to be able to save money, make money, advertise there business and have FUN, in Williamson County. The Pavilion is a new very big place to do this. It is located behind the Illinois Center Mall.

1.  Due Date_______ Void if not signed and returned to management.
2.  Doors open at 6:30. If space is not occupied by 7:30 management has the right to resale space.
3.  Improperly parked autos will be towed at owners expense.Dont block door ways and  Please park away from building.
4.  Each vendor is responsable for keeping there area clean, and removing there trash.
5.  Firearms, illegal items, porno, consumables are not allowed for sale on the property.
6.  Items that are offered for sale will not be misrepresented.
7.  Vendors must Cooperate with managements requests.
8.  If a vendor wants to promote, solicit or advertise another event, please ask management first.
9.  Vendors assume ALL liability for there self, there personnel, there vehicles and there property and indemnifies and releases from ALL liability the show managers, his personnel, The Pavilion and its personnel, including, but not limited to all claims, actions, damages and exoenses in connection.

If you know me you know that I am a strong beliver in giving back (to the community). My favorite saying is "no one can help everyone but everyone can help someone". We are planning on having a 50/50 drawing for a local charity.  The charity gets half the money raised and the winner gets the other  half. The charity has not been choosen yet.
