One of my favorite sayings is "No one can help everyone but everyone can help someone"!

Time, everyone is so busy in there "own world", they use having the lack of TIME as an excuse.  I beleive that everyone can spare a few extra hours in a week to help someone else. Please do not forget about people outside your world. There are many different orgaizations that you can give some time to. I know that when I see the News I think what a crappy world this is becomming. Just think if everyone took all the time they spend complaining how bad things are, and put it to something positive what could happen!

Watch the movie, "Pay it Forward". It is very inspiring.

Since I was a kid I have always been a part of something. Weather it was food drives, bike/walk athons, Boy Scouts, vollenteering at the VA, helping flood victims, giving money, and even giving blood. The one charity that has been with me most of my life is Big Brother Big Sisters (BBBS). When I was a child my mom was a Big Sister. Later when she was devoriced she got a Big Brother for both me and my little brother. I am now mentoring my second child as a Big Brother. Getting back to the time thing, I work 50 hours a week at my job and I have my own business. If I can make the time anyone can. BBBS has made a positive impact on my life both as a child and as a adult. There is 2 chapters of BBBS in SI, Jackson Co. BBBS and BBBS of South Central IL the one that I am a part of. They can be reached at 618-937-6483. Tell them that Murman sent you.
